Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive approach, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
