Business Analyst (DV Cleared)
Various Locations
£45,000-£75,000 DOE
Join a multidisciplinary agile product team delivering innovative digital solutions for Defence & Security clients. Working closely with Product Owners, users, and stakeholders, you will help shape product vision, define requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-value products that meet user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and translate business and user requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Map user journeys, business processes, system interactions, and data flows to identify improvements and opportunities.
- Support Product Owners in prioritising and refining product backlogs to maximise value delivery
- Collaborate with design, development, and testing teams to ensure requirements are understood and solutions are fit for purpose
- Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and data insights to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst within an agile delivery environment
- Strong ability to translate user needs into actionable requirements and user stories
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools such as Jira and GitLab
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques, process modelling (e.g., BPMN), and product discovery.

Requirements
- Current UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
- Experience within the UK Public Sector or Defence & Security sector is desirable
