Job Description
Overview
Redcentric requires a generalist Business Analyst with exposure to sales, billing, invoicing, and reporting, to join the CTO team and contribute to the corporate business transformation programme.
Aim of the Role
Deliver digitally-first corporate business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery
- Lead discovery workshops as directed by the Corporate Business Transformation Outcomes roadmap, engaging with business-wide subject matter experts (SMEs) to map current processes and pain points.
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital Transformation and Enterprise Architect to define and map target process models.
- Ensure alignment with the Corporate Business strategy and technical enterprise architecture.
- Develop persona-based user stories for project delivery.

Delivery
- Work closely with delivery teams in sprints to ensure user story acceptance criteria are met at sprint-end review meetings.
- Support process transition teams to guide the shift from current state to target state processes.
Communication
- Produce clear, accurate, and concise process artifacts for all key stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Programme Team while participating in all relevant meetings to ensure transparency.
- Challenge existing business processes to meet roadmap outcomes effectively.
Welfare
- Conduct workload risk assessments for yourself and colleagues.
- Proactively identify solutions and offer support during challenges.
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience in a complex corporate environment.
- Minimum 2 years working in an agile environment, preferably with exposure to Scrum.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with CRM, ERP, and billing platforms/architectures.
- Strong ability to dissect, model, and rebuild data/entity models to align with new business outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for internal/external engagement at all levels.
- Pristine attention to detail, accuracy, time management, organisation, and problem-solving.
- Customer-focused, professional, positive, confident, and friendly disposition.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to thrive under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preference/Experience
- Exposure to tools like D365 Customer Engagement, D365 Finance and Operations, Data Lake, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with billing systems (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, or Cloud platforms).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Lucid Charts for capturing and refining process models.
- BPMN notation and proficiency with Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams).
On-Site Attendance
- Ideal candidate should comfortably commute to our Harrogate head office.
- Occasional travel may be required for Reading, York, and London offices.
Flexible Working Policy Effective collaboration often requires 2–3 days on-site per week for direct interaction. Detailed requirements will be clarified upon selection.
