The Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help define, shape and deliver high-quality analysis across a range of projects and product initiatives. You'll play an important role in helping teams understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements and deliver solutions that create value across our club.
Working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers, you'll bridge the gap between business and technology. From mapping supporter journeys and improving processes to facilitating workshops and shaping requirements, you'll help ensure our projects deliver meaningful outcomes and great experiences across digital and physical touch points.
Who we are
We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success – read more about our history, here.
Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).
Our Commitment to Safeguarding
We are committed to ensuring that our environments for children, young people and adults at risk remain safe and inclusive. We therefore require successful candidates to complete a DBS check and other essential background checks prior to starting their employment. Depending on the responsibilities of the role, a DBS will be either a basic, standard, or enhanced check.

- Lead business analysis activities - you'll deliver analysis across projects and product initiatives, helping teams define requirements and drive successful outcomes
- Partner with delivery teams - you will work closely with Project Managers, Product Managers and stakeholders to shape solutions, challenge assumptions and support delivery
- Gather and define requirements - you'll facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to understand needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements
- Create delivery artefacts - you will produce documentation such as BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows and journey maps that support effective solution delivery
- Map supporter journeys and processes - you'll help define current and future-state experiences, identifying opportunities to improve how supporters engage with our club
- Manage requirement changes - you will assess impacts, support prioritisation and ensure changes are clearly communicated to stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder engagement - you'll build trusted relationships across our club and work with colleagues and suppliers to maintain alignment and momentum
- Champion best practice - you will support continuous improvement in business analysis, delivery standards and ways of working while prioritising equality, diversity and inclusion

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
