Business Analyst L4

Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements into functional solutions across BSI programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Architects to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
  • Support API integrations, data flows, and system enhancements
  • Participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support
  • Perform impact analysis and requirement traceability
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and process adherence
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

  • Experience as BA in integration/API-driven projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodology
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs, data flows, and system integration concepts
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio
