Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an ERP Business Analyst focused in manufacturing, with the primary location in Bracknell and the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Responsibilities include:

- Analyzing business requirements
- Developing functional specifications
- Mapping business processes
- Conducting stakeholder communication
The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects, provide insights, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis and the ability to effectively gather and evaluate Business Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in designing and optimizing Business Processes to improve efficiency
- Effective Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presenting findings
- Problem-solving aptitude and a collaborative approach to project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Prior experience in consulting or a client-facing role is a plus
