Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid – 3 days office (Wilmslow HQ), 2 days from home
Salary: Competitive

The Role
- Understand and document overlapping products, services, processes, and capabilities, to aid target state definition with the business stakeholders
- Document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes
- Conduct gap analysis and change impact assessments from current to target state for people, clients, systems, and process
- Work with business and technology to support “to be” state defining functional business requirements
- Work with business and technology teams in the creation of User Acceptance Test plans and lead UAT efforts
- Support Business and data analysis activities in Customer Migration, data archiving, or Value Creation Projects as part of the M&A integration process

About You
- The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business process and change impact analysis, the ability to define business requirements, as well as good technical skills that include data collection, analysis, and requirements definition for the creation of data sets for data migrations or archiving.
- A strong team player who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with business process design and documentation; ‘as is’ and ‘to be’, gap analysis.
- Proven experience of modelling tools; Process models, use cases/stories, entity relationship diagrams, etc.
- Significant experience with process and information gathering approaches; interviews, workshop facilitation, shadowing, etc.
- Strong experience of data analysis and proficiency in Excel.
- Proven exposure to Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Experience with SaaS Projects across Salesforce, Ecommerce, etc.
- Proficient user of PowerPoint and Visio.
- Utilising and implementing AI across the group to increase efficiency and ensure we deliver quality MI and processes improvement at pace.
