We’re recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to work for our financial services SaaS client.
You’ll build trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, understand how their businesses operate and identify challenges relating to processes, systems and data. Working closely with software developers, you’ll translate these requirements into practical technical solutions.

- Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Understand clients’ businesses, processes and operational challenges
- Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements
- Investigate data-related issues and identify suitable solutions
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams
- Work alongside developers throughout the design and delivery process
- Support implementations for new clients and improvements for existing customers

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within financial services
- Strong client-facing, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience gathering requirements and working with software development teams
- Confidence analysing complex processes, systems and data challenges
