The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related disciplines. Prior experience in insurance, risk management, or consulting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. A proactive mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued traits for this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing client needs and developing tailored risk management strategies.
- Support the delivery of insurance solutions and risk mitigation services to clients across various sectors.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management and insurance.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions to foster strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
