Business Analyst TMS Global
TMS Global, part of DS Smith, is a global leader in sustainable packaging and retail solutions. Operating in 97 markets with a team of 300+ across APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and North America, we partner with leading global brands to deliver innovative print, packaging, and display solutions.
TMS is undergoing an exciting period of digital transformation and is seeking a Business Analyst to help shape and deliver digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive business performance. This is an opportunity to join a growing global organisation at a pivotal stage in its transformation journey, working with international teams to deliver meaningful change across the business.
Reporting to the Digital Enablement Lead, this role is based remotely in the UK with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Assess existing processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through technology
- Produce process maps, user stories, specifications, and business cases
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
Solution Delivery
- Work with technical teams to design effective solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience
- Support testing and business validation activities
- Contribute to system and data integration initiatives
Change & Adoption
- Support change management activities
- Develop training materials
- Drive user adoption and post-implementation reviews

About you
You are a naturally curious and analytical professional who enjoys working in evolving environments. You can understand complex business challenges, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive meaningful change through technology and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within IT, digital transformation, or similar environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality outputs
- Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Experience within FMCG, print management, supply chain, or similarly fast-paced operational environments would be advantageous.
- Proficiency with tools such as M365, Visio, and other business analysis or mapping tools
- An understanding of ERP platforms and their role in supporting business processes would be beneficial.
- Experience using data analysis and reporting tools is desirable; business analysis certifications would be advantageous.
