Business Analyst (x2) - Identity & Access Management (IGA)
Overview
We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a global Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation, implementing One Identity Identity Manager.
You will play a key role in defining and standardising Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across multiple regions and business units, working closely with HR, Technology, Security teams, and a System Integrator.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and documentation of global JML processes
- Map current and future state identity lifecycle processes
- Gather and define business and technical requirements
- Capture integration requirements (HR systems, SIEM, PAM, ITSM, AD/Entra)
- Support application onboarding, role modelling, and access policies
- Document data flows, attribute mappings, and provisioning rules
- Work with global stakeholders to align regional and business requirements
- Support UAT planning and execution
- Produce key documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps)

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a BA on IGA programmes (One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt)
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle, JML, and access governance
- Experience working in large, complex global environments
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
- Experience with HR systems and identity integrations
- Understanding of identity data models and provisioning workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and dependencies

Details
- Contract: 3–6 months initially
- Start: ASAP
- Location: London (3 days onsite)
- IR35: Inside
- Rate: £550 - 650 P/D
- Programme: Wider identity transformation (CyberArk, Identity Governance, security uplift)
