Business Analyst | 12-Month FTC | Harrogate (Hybrid) | Up to £50,000
We're recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a well-established Harrogate-based MSP going through a major business transformation programme, spanning finance, service delivery and sales functions, alongside a broader push into AI-first, data-led ways of working.
This is a 12-month FTC with genuine scope for the role to grow, and hybrid working at 2 days a week in Harrogate.
What you'll be doing:
- Working closely with stakeholders across finance, service delivery and sales to gather and document requirements
- Running workshops, writing user stories, and supporting Agile delivery cycles
- Mapping current state and future state processes to support transformation initiatives
- Working alongside delivery teams using Azure DevOps to track and manage requirements
- Supporting reporting and dashboard projects, helping turn data into decisions

What we're looking for:
- Proven Business Analyst experience within a business transformation environment
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Experience writing user stories and working within Agile delivery
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Exposure to reporting, dashboards or data-led projects

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or exposure to enterprise architecture
- Background working with ERP systems more broadly
