SR2 is recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a collaborative digital team delivering business-critical projects within a fast-paced agile environment. Working within a secure government environment, applicants must have active Security Check (SC) clearance in order to apply.
You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and the wider business, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs, improve business processes, and deliver valuable digital solutions. The successful candidate will be confident leading stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, mapping business processes, and translating complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a BA within agile software development teams
- Strong experience in stakeholder mapping, engagement, and relationship management
- Experience analyzing costs, benefits, risks, constraints, and resource requirements
- Experience defining KPIs, success measures, and cost baselines
- Active SC Clearance
