Business Analyst
Business Systems Analyst – Ophthalmology Marketplace
(Evolve in Partnership with a Market-Leading Organisation)
About the Role
Evolve is partnering with a leading organisation within the ophthalmology marketplace to recruit a Business Systems Analyst specialising in business process automation, system integration, and scalable operational efficiency.
This full-time, UK/Ireland-based role involves occasional travel between the client’s head offices across the UK, Ireland, and US. The focus will be on analysing workflows, delivering automation solutions, and enabling seamless data sharing across systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and redesign of end-to-end business processes to identify and implement automation and integration opportunities
- Collaborate with international stakeholders (across the UK, Ireland, and US) to define clear system and process requirements
- Drive data flow integration initiatives, mapping system interactions and future-state workflows
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technology delivery in cross-functional change projects
- Work with existing and new systems to enhance scalability, efficiency, and automation

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Can Demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the UK or Ireland
- Strong expertise in RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
- Proven experience with ERP platforms
- Hands-on experience working with automation/workflow software
