About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in Business Analyst roles within our growing team. These positions could support the delivery of transformative solutions across technology, engineering, life sciences, and financial services, helping businesses outpace tomorrow.

What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Gathering and documenting business and data requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions
- Mapping current and future processes to identify improvement opportunities and inefficiencies
- Analysing existing systems and data quality to inform solution design and implementation
- Creating detailed specifications, user stories, and technical documentation using industry-standard notation (BPMN, UML)
- Collaborating with development, operations, and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
- Supporting stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency gains

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Proven experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related analytical role
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience with systems analysis and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms
- Data quality analysis and the ability to work with data pipelines and SQL
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or similar process and systems modelling techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Understanding of financial analysis and process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with at least one technology stack or platform (such as Azure, AWS, .NET, Java, SAP S/4HANA, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
