Business Analyst (Consultant)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £58,000 + Bonus
Security Clearance: SC Eligible

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a consulting background looking to work on complex transformation programmes that make a real impact?
We're looking for Business Analysts to join a growing consulting team delivering business and digital transformation projects across a range of high-profile clients. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical specialists to shape solutions, improve processes and help organisations achieve meaningful change.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, engaging with stakeholders and translating business needs into practical, deliverable solutions.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Produce high-quality functional requirements, user stories and process documentation.
- Analyse existing business processes and develop AS-IS and TO-BE process models.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Facilitate workshops between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Support business case development and solution evaluation.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management activities.
- Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively across Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You
We're looking for candidates with:
- A proven background as a Business Analyst within a consultancy environment.
- Experience delivering business or digital transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
- Strong business process modelling and process improvement experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working alongside technical teams to deliver business solutions.

Professional certifications such as BCS Business Analysis Diploma, CBAP or equivalent are advantageous but not essential.
