Digital Business Analyst | Oxford (Hybrid) | £55,000 (12-Month FTC)

Are you a customer-focused Business Analyst who thrives on creating seamless online experiences?

We are looking for an engaging, confident Digital Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This isn’t just about mapping requirements—you will play a pivotal role in transforming the guest experience, ensuring that every digital interaction feels effortless and premium.

The Role

In this fast-paced digital environment, you will report directly to leadership—with a matrix line to a consultant—and take ownership of an essential guest-facing platform roll-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Integration & Configuration: Continuing the configuration, optimization, and implementation of our brand-new digital booking platform.
  • Platform Migration & Streamlining: Managing the transition and data migration away from disjointed legacy systems into one unified ecosystem.
  • Enhancing Guest Services: Expanding system capabilities to support high-touch customer services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as the critical bridge between technical delivery consultants and business teams to ensure features align perfectly with operational needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
