Business Analyst
An innovative organisation in the technology space is looking for a Business Analyst. This role supports project delivery by ensuring comprehensive documentation is captured and maintained throughout the project lifecycle, defining scope and deliverables to enable the development of costs and timescales, while supporting testing and change control.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead workshops to capture requirements and map user journeys.
- Assess requirements and processes against strategic goals to ensure maximum value and alignment.
- Document requirements clearly and simply using unambiguous language to ensure understanding for all parties.
- Lead the prioritisation of requirements using methods such as weighted scoring and lead stakeholder playback sessions.
- Ensure requirements and project success criteria are measurable and testable while supporting data migration activities.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum three years of experience in a technical analytical role within a complex environment.
- Proven experience leading workshops and managing stakeholders in complex organisational structures.
- Experience translating business problems into actionable user stories and performing gap analysis.
- Proficiency in business process mapping, wireframing, and working with complex integrated systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Visio, with basic SQL skills for data analysis.
