Job Opportunity with AB’s Client Group Change Team
AB’s Client Group Change team is looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and driven individual to support business and technology change. This individual will join the GTO (Global Technology Organization) and have opportunities to collaborate with various functions and locations globally.
About Our Client Group
Our Client Group includes over 20 sales offices worldwide, focused on developing financial products and solutions, marketing, promotion and sales, and client service. You’ll gain valuable insight into how these teams operate as well as their responsibilities. As well as understanding the infrastructure and operations behind our business by working with the European, US, and Asia Pacific-based project teams.
Responsibilities
- Analytics and Insights: Partnering with sales teams to provide deep analysis into clients and their buying/selling behaviors to help shape sales activities and outcomes, exploring new opportunities to leverage Data Science to improve sales outcomes
- Data Analysis: Gathering and transforming data to fit the needs of the business and helping make sense of it. A key responsibility is helping our sales teams to interact with the data and answer their questions of the data to help inform strategy.
- Understand Business Processes & Automate: A strong Business Analysis skill set is vital to understand steps taken by operations teams and how these processes may be enhanced to improve data quality and timeliness.
- Story telling with data: Visualization skills and presenting data – developing BI dashboards (Power BI, Python, Excel) to create reports to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Governance, & Documentation: Manage internal technology systems for updated data, current process documentation, and collaborate with the team to ensure appropriate data quality/review/validation processes.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-starter mindset
- The ability to work independently and as well as a part of a team
- Interest in building visually appealing & insightful dashboards in Power BI, or other tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Work, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment and appetite to learn new skills and build strong relationships with business users
