About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will serve as a vital link between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring project objectives are met effectively. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical project coordination or a related field.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related discipline is required.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with the industry-specific technical standards and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and reporting on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiations when applicable.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned for future projects.
