Business Analyst – Financial Crime Enhancement Programme

6-month Fixed Term Contract with September Start
Hybrid Working from our Wimbledon Office

Domestic & General is growing fast across 12 countries, protecting the appliances that keep households running and reducing waste by extending the life of everyday devices. With an inclusive, people-first culture recognised by Great Places to Work and the Inclusive Employers Standard, we’re now looking for a Business Analyst to support our Financial Crime Enhancement Programme (FCEP) which is focused on building a best-in-class financial crime control framework across multiple jurisdictions. The programme spans numerous areas including policy and governance; target operating model design and delivery; customer and entity screening; KYC; and claims and payment controls.

The Role

Working closely with business and technology teams, you'll help translate regulatory and business requirements into practical solutions that strengthen controls, improve processes and support successful programme delivery across the above areas. Key elements of this role will be to:

  • Gather, analyse and document business, functional and data requirements.
  • Translate regulatory and policy requirements into clear delivery requirements.
  • Analyse current processes and define future-state solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across the business.
  • Support option assessments and solution design activities.
  • Create and maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support testing activities, including defining and reviewing test cases.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory expectations and operational needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
