Role: Business Analyst / Project Manager
Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid)
A SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry. Our tool automates all back & mid-office activities, saving firms heaps of money, time and ensures complete efficiency and accuracy.
Our product is making a massive impact and completely changing the recruitment industry, so despite being a fairly young business, we've been able to scale quickly. We've already opened our second office in the States, are onboarding heaps of customers (hence the need for this role!)
Business Analyst
The team are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join. The growth is due to some phenomenal enterprise customer acquisition and this BA will work closely with the Project Management team to deliver AI & Automation projects.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of AI & Automation projects and ensuring a smooth software implementation experience for our clients. You'll be responsible for the early part of the project lifecycle, focusing on requirements gathering, drawing out process flow maps and workflows before handing over to the PM team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting new customers in the initial stage of the onboarding and software implementation process.

Understanding technical requirements.

Drawing process flow maps and workflows.

Working closely with the Project Management team.

Client relationship management & understanding client needs.

Manage client expectations effectively.
-
Requirements gathering and analysis, & creating clear specifications.

Managing project scope and schedule.
-
Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise the impact of risks.

Work closely with the project management team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Business Analyst experience.
- Client facing experience.
- Experience with requirement facilitation and process flow mapping.
- Ideally experience working on bespoke projects/products, rather than just configuration-based.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with remote teams.

Desired but Non-essential Skills and Experience:
- Background in Recruitment Staffing.
- Knowledge of RPA technologies and tools.
