Business Analyst

Role Overview
The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring requirements are:
- Clearly defined
- Prioritised
- Delivered using Agile principles
Working Arrangement
Hybrid working:
The places you will work from will vary depending on role needs, personal requirements, and business demands. You will not be able to work from home 100% of the time—blending company offices, client sites, and home working.
Your Role: Core Expertise
Business Requirements & Analysis
- Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Create clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Develop context artifacts (including As-Is / To-Be process flows, wireframes) to support analysis and downstream delivery
Agile Delivery
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Support Product Owners in prioritising backlog items aligned with business value
Process & Solution Design
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility
- Contribute to Change Management Governance

Key Responsibilities
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills (ractice EPIC-to-feature-level detail)
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum) and tools:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Familiarity with Better Backlogs and its Ways of Working (WoW) principles
- Understanding of:
- Current account products (e.g., overdrafts)
- Customer journey mapping
