Consultant Responsibilities
The consultants shall provide support in the overall business analysis and business process workstream activities in collaboration with user representatives, process caretakers, and development teams.
The consultants shall provide support in the investigation and resolution of encountered issues in the project and/or business as usual operations.
The consultants shall gather and elicit stakeholder requirements.
The consultants shall identify and coordinate with stakeholders the details for clarifications.
