Business Analyst

Business Analyst - London (Hybrid) - ERP / SQL / Systems Integration - Up to £60,000

This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a well-established organisation operating across complex operational and systems-driven environments. The business is investing heavily in digital improvement and systems transformation and this role sits right at the centre of it.

What you’ll be working on

  • Partnering with teams across operations, logistics, fulfilment, sales and IT
  • Analysing and improving end-to-end workflows and system interactions
  • Translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Producing user stories, process maps, use cases, and documentation
  • Supporting improvements and integrations across ERP / MIS and operational systems
  • Working closely with internal developers and external software providers
  • Supporting testing, validation, and successful delivery of solutions

You’ll act as the bridge between the business and technology, ensuring solutions are commercially sound and operationally effective.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in operations-heavy environments
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
  • Experience working with ERP / MIS or operational systems
  • Solid understanding of systems integration, APIs and data flows (EDI / XML / JSON beneficial)
  • Confidence producing BRDs, SRS documents, user stories and technical specifications
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Industry background is flexible — capability, mindset and impact matter most.
