Business Analyst

Be a key player in our Digital Transformation team

Opus, the UK’s largest independent Managed Service Provider, ranked as "World class" in the Best Companies to work for awards, champions professional growth and creativity.

We’re building a specialised Digital Transformation capability and are looking for a Hands-on Business Analysis & Solution Design Lead to shape the evolution of our systems, data, and processes.

This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. Here, you’ll be deeply involved in the design and implementation of solutions—spanning systems, integrations, and data—to ensure scalable, practical outcomes.

While we operate primarily in the Microsoft ecosystem, excellence in this role demands a flexible, innovative mindset, allowing you to explore how technology, data, AI, and emerging capabilities can solve problems and transform operations holistically.

You will sit at the heart of transformation, translating business priorities into feasible, implementable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business outcomes into:

  • Clear use cases
  • Structured requirements
  • Logical delivery increments

Design end-to-end solutions across:

  • Core business systems (including Dynamics 365)
  • Integrations/APIs
  • Customer-facing platforms
  • Data and reporting layers

Define:

  • System logic & placement
  • Inter-system interactions
  • Data flow architecture

Collaborate with developers and delivery teams to:

  • Evaluate solution approaches
  • Refine requirements
  • Ensure quality and clarity in builds

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
