About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team in the role of Human Resources Specialist. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our clients and internal teams to manage recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment is preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and candidates. Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software is necessary. The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including:

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Overseeing employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment
  • Assisting in developing HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting performance management initiatives
  • Providing guidance on HR best practices and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements
  • Contributing to HR projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
