We are partnering with a leading global aviation and logistics organisation to appoint an experienced Business Analyst to support the evolution of its cargo technology and digital product portfolio. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of technology, operations, and commercial teams, helping shape the future of cargo management platforms across an international network.
The Opportunity
As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for translating operational and commercial requirements into clear, structured, and validated product requirements. Working closely with:
- Product leaders,
- Operational stakeholders,
- Technology teams, and
- External vendors
You will drive the full requirements lifecycle while ensuring product information, governance, and documentation remain accurate and actionable. This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and provides the opportunity to influence strategic platform decisions within a global cargo environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery, workshops, and stakeholder engagement across multiple international regions.
- Produce high-quality:
- Business requirements,
- Functional specifications,
- User stories, and
- Process maps.
- Manage requirements traceability from business need through to delivery and acceptance.
- Maintain and govern product inventories and customer-facing product information.
- Support product governance processes, assessing:
- Standard product capabilities vs.
- Bespoke development requests.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria for:
- Technology solutions, and
- Vendor deliverables.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide analytical support for:
- Platform evaluations,
- Product convergence initiatives, and
- Strategic technology decisions.
- Prepare concise executive-level summaries and recommendations for senior leadership.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience as a Business Analyst within:
- Enterprise technology,
- Operational delivery, or
- Digital product environments.
- Strong experience managing the end-to-end requirements lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of air cargo, cargo management, or logistics systems.
- Experience creating process maps using BPMN or equivalent methodologies.
- Excellent:
- Analytical skills,
- Documentation skills, and
- Stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language.
- Experience within:
- Aviation,
- Cargo,
- Freight,
- Transportation, or
- Logistics sectors.
