Scope of Work

The scope of work involves reviewing our communications landscape to identify all areas requiring updates to footers and legal entity references, ensuring alignment with the new legal entity structure. Based on our initial assessment, we anticipate requiring two experienced Business Analysts for approximately six weeks to complete this piece of work.

Estimate/Recommendation

A planning estimate of 60 BA days should provide sufficient capacity to validate the communications estate, secure stakeholder agreement on scope, assess dependencies across the portfolio, and produce a robust set of business requirements for the subsequent delivery phase.

Deliverables

  • As-Is Comms Landscape Documentation & Inventory (review and validate existing inventories, mapping and documentation and build where none exist, stakeholder sign off on as-is)
  • Comms Impact Assessment/Gap Analysis/To-Be (to include stakeholder sign off)
  • Scope Definition and Assumptions Documented (to include stakeholder sign off)
  • Assessment of dependencies across portfolio (OBP/Statements/Other - any project comms that will land post merger will need to reference the updated entity)
  • Business Requirements documented (to include 3 Amigos sessions for acceptance by IT, and traceability back to gap analysis )
  • Stakeholder review and sign off on requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Servicing and Ad-hoc communications require updates only to the footer of headed paper used for correspondence generation. Post Sale communications can be updated through footer amendments within the Sonata platform. Closed Book Partner communications are limited to policy event documentation (maintained by the relevant partner organisations). The BA activity covers analysis, documentation, stakeholder validation and business requirements definition only; it does not include solution design, implementation, test execution or deployment. Existing communication inventories may require validation and enrichment to establish a complete As-Is position.
