As a Business Analyst in Deloitte Digital’s Commerce offering, you’ll take a strategic and hands-on role, driving digital commerce for global clients. You’ll guide businesses through the evolving digital landscape, leveraging cutting-edge technology to build resilient, scalable, and customer-centric commerce platforms.

- Identify and translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

2. Define and Deliver Business Requirements
- Expertly elicit, analyse, and document user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Ensure alignment between client vision and technical delivery.
3. Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, architects, developers, test engineers, and delivery leads.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to optimise product delivery.
4. Drive Data-Driven Decision Making
- Perform data analysis and visualisation to optimise customer journeys.
- Offer insights to enhance commercial outcomes.
5. Be a Trusted Client Advisor
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to align Deloitte’s solutions with client goals.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and business impact.

Essential Requirements
✔ Significant experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent, with an agile mindset.
- Hands-on experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and functional specifications.
- Extensive experience documents user stories, solutions manuals, and benefits realization.
✔ Commerce Platform Expertise
- Proficiency in leading platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus).
- Understanding of composable architecture, MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless), and forward-thinking digitization.
✔ Agile & Product Delivery
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with a focus on continuous value delivery.
✔ Innovation & Impact
- Ability to incorporate AI/ML principles in commerce to enhance product capabilities, customer experiences, and team productivity.
✔ Client Engagement & Leadership
- Outstanding consulting, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor junior analysts while leading cross-disciplinary teams.
