Business Analyst – Cost Modelling/Cost Framework

Location: London / Manchester - Hybrid / 2-3 days per week in Office

Role Requirements:

  • Finance background with expertise in Unit Cost Frameworks, cost modelling, cost allocation, and connecting business processes to underlying cost drivers.
  • Strong end-to-end process mapping experience using BPMN, including As Is and To Be modelling.
  • Proven Business Analyst experience delivering complex business change and transformation projects.
  • Previous public sector experience.
  • Strong capability in As Is and To Be process modelling.
  • Hands-on experience using BPMN.
  • Experience supporting Unit Cost Frameworks.
