About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management methodologies and IT systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders, all while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with proven success in delivering complex initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key attributes. Familiarity with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, documentation, and reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
