Join a forward-thinking team at the heart of our data transformation journey. As a Senior Business Analyst in our Data Delivery team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how data is managed, governed, and leveraged across the firm—driving smarter decisions, operational efficiency, and innovation.

About the Role

You’ll work across business and technology teams to analyse processes, gather and define requirements, and support the delivery of high-quality data products. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis: you’ll be instrumental in designing and optimising data flows, supporting data mapping requirements, ensuring robust data governance, and supporting the full data management lifecycle. From strategic discovery work to hands-on delivery support, you’ll help ensure our data initiatives are aligned with business needs and deliver real value.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse and optimise business processes, with a focus on how data is captured, transformed, and consumed across the firm.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit both business and technical data requirements.
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for data products, including data quality, security, and compliance needs.
  • Support delivery teams with clear acceptance criteria and robust documentation to ensure traceability and quality assurance throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with data specialists, engineers, and product owners to shape data product roadmaps and deliver solutions that enable better decision-making.
  • Enable change and user adoption through collaboration, creating user journeys and supporting business change initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across IT, business functions, and legal practice groups to ensure alignment and shared outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
