Business Analyst | Data | Investment Management

London | Permanent

Our client, a London based investment manager, is making a serious, multi-year investment in its data capability, and Qh4 Consulting has been asked to find the Business Analyst who will help shape and, with the help of the wider team, deliver it.

The Role

This is a requirement for a business analyst to work on the end-to-end data strategy transformation. You will work directly with senior sponsors to shape scope and objectives, translate business needs into clear requirements, design future-state processes and operating models, and stay with your solutions through testing and into live use. The change portfolio is broad, spanning strategic, regulatory, and discretionary initiatives, but data sits at the heart of most of it, including a flagship transformation programme that will define how the business uses its data for years to come.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
