Technical Business Analyst

£450/day | Inside IR35 | Primarily Remote | Occasional travel to Leeds or London | Until March 2027

We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a high-profile NHS programme delivering national digital healthcare services. This is an opportunity to work on complex integration projects, helping shape solutions that improve interoperability across healthcare systems.

You'll act as the bridge between technical teams, product, architecture and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes. This role has a strong technical focus, with particular emphasis on APIs and healthcare messaging standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects and Software Engineers to refine requirements and ensure successful delivery
  • Support the design and delivery of API-led integrations across multiple NHS systems
  • Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and supporting documentation
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with technical and business stakeholders
  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
  • Work with delivery and test teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and validated
  • Assist with data mapping, system integration and interoperability discussions
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the software development lifecycle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
