As a Business Analyst, you'll work alongside Product Owners, engineers, UX designers and delivery leads to turn strategic initiatives into working products. We're hiring two Business Analysts right now, one to focus on our Booking product area and one on Service, so whichever area matches your background, there's a role here for you.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for owning the requirements process end-to-end in your product area, acting as the link between the business and the technical teams delivering change.
- Gathering, documenting, analysing and challenging business requirements across your product area
- Owning requirements from discovery through to delivery, with progressively more detail documented at each stage
- Working closely with Product Owners, engineers and UX to translate ideas into clear, testable user stories using tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Mapping current and future-state customer journeys and business processes to identify where improvements can be made
- Ensuring changes fit within the wider system architecture
- Keeping business areas informed and involved throughout the change lifecycle so they retain ownership of their processes
- Identifying, reporting and helping to manage risk as it arises
- Supporting the identification and validation of benefits

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
