Business Analyst - Utilities

£375 per day (Inside IR35) | Reading | Hybrid (3 Days per Week)

We're recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation programme within the utilities sector.

You'll work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes and support the successful delivery of change initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile programme within a leading utilities organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document and validate business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Analyse and map current and future-state business processes.
  • Produce business requirements, user stories and process documentation.
  • Support solution design, testing and implementation activities.
  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Change Analysts and delivery teams.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering business transformation.
  • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience.
  • Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Utilities, water or other regulated industry experience is desirable.

Rate: £375 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: Reading (3 days per week onsite)
