The Shire of Capel is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and supporting broader organisational transformation.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work across the organisation, partnering with employees and leaders to improve business processes, optimise enterprise systems and deliver practical technology solutions that enhance organisational performance.
As the Business Analyst, you will partner with business areas to understand operational needs, analyse business processes and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, service delivery and organisational performance.
Initially, your focus will be supporting implementation and organisational adoption of the Shire's new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As the ERP Program progresses, the role will increasingly transition to supporting enterprise systems, business improvement, digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

- Base annual salary from $97,695 per annum, dependent on skills, experience and qualifications

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience undertaking business analysis, business process improvement or enterprise system implementation.
- The ability to facilitate workshops, gather business requirements and develop clear business documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting organisational projects or technology implementations.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
