πŸ“’ New Contract πŸ’Ό Mid Level Business Analyst (B2B Commerce) Contract - Outside IR35 - 12 months!

πŸš€ I've already placed 36 amazing people with this client... I need a First Class Business Analyst to join this new programme. The role is to drive improvements across my client's B2B ecommerce and business systems. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Data teams and external technology partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer and business outcomes.

πŸš€ What You'll Do

  • 🀝 Partner with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and communicating risks, options and recommendations.
  • πŸ›’ Analyse and improve B2B commerce processes, customer journeys and operational workflows.
  • πŸ“ Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and bug reports.
  • πŸ” Investigate system, integration and data issues to identify root causes and support resolution.
  • πŸ”— Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data teams and third-party vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
  • πŸ“ˆ Drive continuous improvement across processes, data quality and ways of working.
