Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with a thorough understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and current market trends. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite is required. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments and provide guidance on market trends and compensation packages.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and promote our services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
