Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment or a related field. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments and provide guidance on market trends and compensation packages.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and promote our services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
