As a Business Analyst, you will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. Your role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and product owners to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver high-value products that meet customer needs.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, prioritise, and refine requirements while driving consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications, fostering clear communication with development teams.
  • Collaborate with product owners and developers to refine features, optimise the product backlog, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct process and system analyses (business processes, data flows, regulatory compliance) to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights into industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to inform product strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
