About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst (French-speaking) to join our Delivery team in either Paris or Cambridge. You will act as the bridge between our AI-powered technology and our global customers, ensuring that our solutions are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and deliver real value in day-to-day operations.

Working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and clients, you will focus on:

  • Understanding requirements
  • Translating business needs into clear solutions
  • Supporting successful implementation and adoption across complex customer environments

What You’ll Do

As part of the Delivery team, your key responsibilities include:

  • Support the client implementation journey, ensuring our AI solutions are aligned with real-world use cases and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Work with clients to:
    • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows.
    • Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Act as a bridge between client needs and technical teams, ensuring:
    • Requirements are well understood.
    • Solutions align with real-world use cases.
  • Support and facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions to build:
    • Strong understanding of client processes and challenges.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Solution Architects to:
    • Support implementation planning, integration, and deployment.
    • Ensure requirements are tracked and aligned throughout delivery.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring:
    • Priorities, updates, and changes are well-documented and understood.
  • Support user adoption and change initiatives to:
    • Embed solutions into day-to-day operations and workflows.
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities, ensuring solutions meet:
    • Business requirements.
  • Gather feedback from clients and contribute to continuous improvement of:
    • Products, processes, and delivery approaches.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
  • Strong ability to:
    • Gather and translate business requirements into clear outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills to:
    • Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working on:
    • Software implementation or integration projects.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to:
    • Manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in client-facing environments.
  • Exposure to technical systems, APIs, or software integrations (not hands-on development).
  • Experience in telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Understanding of change management and user adoption.

Education & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related role.
  • Degree in:
    • Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
