About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst (French Speaking) to join our Delivery team in either Paris or Cambridge. You will act as the bridge between our AI-powered technology and our global customers, ensuring that our solutions are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and deliver real value in day-to-day operations.
Working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and clients, you will focus on:
- Understanding requirements
- Translating business needs into clear solutions
- Supporting successful implementation and adoption across complex customer environments.

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Delivery team, your core tasks will include
Client Engagement
- Work with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows
- Translate these into clear functional specifications and user stories
Bridge Between Client Needs & Technical Teams
- Ensure requirements are well-understood and aligned with real-world use cases
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams

Implementation & Delivery Support
- Partner with Project Managers and Solution Architects for implementation planning, integration, and deployment
- Track and align requirements throughout the delivery cycle
Workshops & Change Management
- Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions
- Support user adoption/change initiatives to embed solutions in day-to-day workflows
Quality Assurance & Improvement
- Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities
- Gather client feedback and drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and delivery approaches
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear outputs
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with software implementation or integration projects
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
- Client-facing role experience
- Exposure to technical systems, APIs, or software integrations (no development required)
- Industry experience in telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
- Understanding of change management and user adoption
Education Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related role
- Degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline
