About the Role
The Finance team drives Revolut forward. They provide clarity, confidence, and critical analysis—from accounting to strategic initiatives—assessing risk, guiding decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth. Their insights shape daily operations and long-term strategy, playing a key role in scaling us further.
This is an incredible opportunity to shape what’s next in finance. We’re looking for a Functional Business Analyst to support the implementation and expansion of our Axiom platform, ensuring it meets global regulatory requirements while serving our evolving business needs.

Your Responsibilities
- Extend the Axiom platform’s coverage to support new geographies, products, and regulatory reporting needs
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams:
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Document end-to-end delivery processes for scalable and efficient solutions
- Assure quality and compliance:
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), including test cases and result validation
- Support global regulatory reporting teams (especially EBA reporting, CoRep/FinRep)
- Strengthen collaboration:
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
- Identify and address risks:
- Conduct gap analyses and escalate issues to mitigate potential impacts

Your Background
We’re looking for a change-maker with hands-on experience in restructuring, digitisation transformation, and technology-led process improvements.
Required:
- Strong proficiency in SQL (for data analysis, reporting validation, queries)
- Deep financial expertise: knowledge of trade/transaction lifecycles and industry regulations, including regulatory reporting frameworks
- Ability to document business requirements and write functional specifications
- Expertise in EBA reporting (specifically, familiarising or experiencing CoRep/FinRep)
- Experience in UAT cycles:
- Designing detailed test cases
- Collaborating with technical and business partners
- Ensuring solutions meet agreed standards
- Stakeholder management skills:
- Experience working across time zones
- Ability to communicate with precision at all levels
- Disciplined self-starter in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the Revolut Axiom platform and how it supports reporting needs
- Demonstrated experience in a global finance transformation within a fintech or regulated financial institution
