About The Role
You’ll join a collaborative and expanding analytics team that sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and business performance. From your first week, you’ll work on real projects with real impact. Our structured two-year graduate development programme ensures:

- Development into a well-rounded analyst and future leader
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse data: Tackle large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that directly inform strategic decision-making.
- Build & maintain visualisations: Create interactive dashboards and reports that give stakeholders real-time insights into business performance.
- Translate insights into action: Work alongside senior analysts and business leaders to turn data findings into clear, compelling recommendations.
- Elaborate strategy: Support business improvement initiatives using data-driven evidence.
- Forecast & model: Contribute to forecasting, scenario modelling, and KPI tracking across functions such as Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
- Present persuasively: Deliver insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, simplifying complex outputs into engaging narratives.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Innovate continuously: Explore new data sources, tools, and methodologies to sharpen our analytical edge.

What We’re Looking For
We seek analytically-minded graduates as comfortable with spreadsheets as they are with boardroom presentations. While a degree in areas such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science is useful, what matters most is:

Essential Skills & Experience
- A degree (2:1 or above) in:
- Business Analytics
- Data Science
- Economics
- Statistics
- Computer Science
- Or a numerate/analytical discipline
- Proficiency in:
- Advanced Excel
- SQL
- Python/R
- Or similar analytic tools
- Experience with data visualisation platforms such as:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- MongoDB
- Looker
- Strong analytical AND problem-solving skills, grounded in logic and evidence-based reasoning
- Excellent communication abilities:
- Written (grouping insights into clear reports)
- Verbal (explaining complex ideas simply in presentations)
- Comfortability with ambiguity, paired with the ability to structure independent problem-solving approaches
- A genuine enthusiasm for:
- How businesses operate
- The role of data in improving decision-making and outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience in:
- Statistical modelling/regessione
- A/B testing
- Exposure to:
- Machine learning concepts/predictive analytics
- Cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS, Azure)
- Independent project work involving real business data (e.g., internships, placements)
