About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Digital Data Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help our clients make informed business decisions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical expertise, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to develop data-driven strategies that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends and patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data privacy standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Design and implement data models, algorithms, and predictive analytics to solve complex business problems.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and technology.
- Assist in developing data governance policies and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
