Business Analyst – ServiceNow
Contract | Remote | Outside IR35 | £250 Per Day
We're supporting a leading consultancy delivering a large-scale Finance Transformation programme for a global organisation. As part of the programme, ServiceNow is being implemented alongside the ERP platform to standardise and improve finance processes across the business.
We're looking for a Business Analyst who has gained experience working on ServiceNow implementation projects and has an understanding of finance transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career on a major enterprise transformation programme.

The Role
You'll work alongside Senior Business Analysts, Finance SMEs, Process Owners, and Technical teams to support the delivery of finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting requirements gathering workshops with Finance stakeholders.
- Documenting business requirements, user stories, and meeting notes.
- Assisting with As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
- Supporting the implementation of ServiceNow workflows alongside ERP systems.
- Coordinating UAT, defect tracking, and business readiness activities.
- Producing project documentation, process maps, and supporting materials.
- Working with Finance, Technology, and Delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Required
- 2–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Junior Business Analyst.
- Experience working on a ServiceNow implementation or enhancement project.
- Exposure to Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, or finance process improvement programmes.
- Knowledge of finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Record-to Report (R2R).
- Experience gathering requirements and supporting workshops.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
