About Us
We are a software consultancy, providing highly skilled consultants to support client business needs. Test Driven Solutions have had a successful start, with our consultants working across green/brown field projects using the latest cutting-edge technologies.
We work within private and public sectors, including financial services, government, healthcare, gaming, education, oil & gas, manufacturing, property, broadcasting, and renewable energy organizations. We are continuously growing as a business, with new client wins and an internal project on-going.
At TDS we uphold clear and unwavering values, fostering a community-oriented ethos that encourages close collaboration across our diverse disciplines. We hold regular team meet-ups, both online and in person, and monthly company wide social events. In addition, we organize company away weekends, which have previously taken us to cities like Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Riga, and Dublin. These trips offer the team a chance to unwind and strengthen connections outside of the office. It is important to us to create an environment where strong connections are built and camaraderie is nurtured within our team.
Offering full hybrid working patterns to align with today’s flexible work environment, our team is spread across the UK, with members based in and around Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Inverness, and Birmingham. We are proud to have our new and modern UK headquarters on the Quayside in Newcastle’s city centre, with stunning views of the Glass House. This office serves as a central base of work for everyone, providing a collaborative space for our team when they come together. Earlier this year we opened a modern office space, located near Edinburgh’s Haymarket station as a base for our Scottish team to collaborate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
