Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite per week)
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and Salesforce platform capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and refine product backlogs within Agile delivery environments.
- Analyse existing Salesforce processes and architecture to identify optimisation and automation opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
- Facilitate solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release readiness activities.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote Salesforce best practices, platform adoption, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years on Salesforce programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation (Flow), data modelling, security models, and integrations.
- Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage Agile ceremonies.
- Experience with data analysis, migration, and business process improvement.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator or Certified Business Analyst.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud specialty certifications.
- Experience with middleware-based integrations.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools.
- Exposure to Salesforce governance frameworks and enterprise-scale implementations.
