Duration: Contract
Workload: Full time hours
Setup: Freelance (Daily Rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite per week)

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and Salesforce platform capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and refine product backlogs within Agile delivery environments.
  • Analyse existing Salesforce processes and architecture to identify optimisation and automation opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
  • Facilitate solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release readiness activities.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote Salesforce best practices, platform adoption, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years on Salesforce programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation (Flow), data modelling, security models, and integrations.
  • Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage Agile ceremonies.
  • Experience with data analysis, migration, and business process improvement.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator or Certified Business Analyst.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience with middleware-based integrations.
