Business Analyst – Logistics & Supply Chain
Are you a data-driven Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment? Do you enjoy transforming complex operational data into meaningful insights that drive performance? Are you confident working with stakeholders and customers to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions?
Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our growing team at our Rockingham site in Corby. This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday from 08:00–16:00, where you’ll support the expansion of on-site contracts and play a key role in driving operational performance through data, systems, and analysis.
With multiple new contracts being onboarded, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-evolving environment, collaborating closely with both internal teams and customers to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
On a typical day, your role will include:
- Interrogating and analysing data across multiple Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), developing accurate and insightful reporting to support operational decision-making and performance tracking
- Delivering full lifecycle business analysis, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Process mapping
- Stakeholder engagement
- Solution design
- Ensuring outputs align with operational and customer needs
- Developing and maintaining robust reporting tools and dashboards, providing clear visibility of:
- KPIs
- Trends
- Efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery improvements
- Working closely with:
- Customers
- Internal stakeholders across functions
- Building strong relationships, identifying operational challenges, and implementing data-driven solutions
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of new contracts on site, ensuring:
- Systems are effectively aligned
- Processes and reporting structures support growth and scalability
Essential Requirements
To succeed at GXO, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or equivalent role) within:
- Logistics
- Supply chain
- Operational environments
- Strong analytical capability, with experience working with:
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) data
- Large datasets to generate actionable insights
- End-to-end analysis experience, covering:
- Requirements gathering
- Solution design
- Implementation and review
- Advanced Excel & data handling skills, particularly in:
- Reporting
- Performance analysis
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to:
- Influence decision-making
- Collaborate across all organizational levels
